Revocation of Judgement and Stay of Execution

You’ve just learned that you were convicted, or that a judgement was rendered against you by default while you had a valid defence to submit to your case? If you have a serious reason for your absence from Court, we can file an application for revocation in order to nullify the judgement that was rendered against you and thereby allow you to present your defence to a judge.

If this is your situation, you must act quickly because you only have 15 days from the date you learned that a judgement was rendered against you. Furthermore, if you want to appeal or apply to nullify a judgement that convicted you of an infraction that is causing you an important prejudice – notably, a licence revocation – it’s possible to obtain a stay of execution for the judgement. We can prepare all the necessary procedures, and take the required measures on your behalf with the SAAQ and the courts.
